The yoga is optional, but snuggling a baby goat - mandatory.

How many people are in a BGY class?

Up to 12 individuals.

I've never done yoga before. Is this for me?

Absolutely! This is a gentle practice for everyBODY.

What's the minimum age to participate?

That depends. Contact us!

Can I take pictures during class?

Absolutely. We just ask that you give us a review online and tag us in any photos you post on social media.

Do you offer classes for private groups?

Yes. We love hosting private birthday parties, corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and more. Contact us to book!
